We want you to love your Threads Soul apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Washed, worn, or altered items (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Defective or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, we will:
- Provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label
- Replace or refund your order at no additional cost
- Process your case within 24 business hours of receiving photos

Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No problem:
- Return shipping fee: $5 (or free store credit for future purchase)
- Exchange must be requested within 30 days
- New item ships once we receive and inspect the original
How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective or damaged)
- Wait for confirmation: We reply within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)
- Receive instructions: We'll email you a return address and next steps
- Ship it back: Use provided label (defects) or your own shipping method (size exchange)
- Get refunded: Within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Bank/card statement update: 3-10 additional business days (depending on your bank)
Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit instead of a refund? You'll get:
- 110% of the return value as store credit
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used on any future order
Order Cancellation
- Within 2 hours of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 2 hours (before production starts): 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- After production has started: No cancellation possible (item is being made specifically for you)
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
- We'll investigate with the carrier
- If not resolved, we'll reship or refund
