Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states + DC)
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam) — limited

We're working on expanding to Canada and UK in 2027. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified!

Processing Time

All our apparel is printed on demand — this means each item is custom-made when you order.

  • Processing time: 2-5 business days
  • Business days: Monday through Friday (excluding US federal holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays: Processing starts the next business day

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery time is:

Total time (processing + shipping): approximately 7-13 business days for standard delivery.

Free Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Delivery estimate updated as it moves

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Carriers

We use:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground, Air)
  • FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery)

Carrier is chosen based on your location and shipping method for fastest delivery.

Address Changes

Before shipping: Email us within 2 hours of ordering to update your address:

After shipping: We can no longer change the address. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may:

  • Ship together in one package (most common)
  • Ship separately if items are made at different facilities (you'll receive separate tracking numbers)

No additional shipping cost for multiple items shipped separately.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, etc.):

  • We'll email you to confirm your address
  • Reshipment cost: $3.99 (you cover reship cost)
  • Or full refund minus original shipping cost

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Wait 1-2 business days (packages sometimes show delivered early)
  3. If still missing, email us within 14 days:
  4. We'll investigate with the carrier
  5. If unresolved, we'll reship or refund at no cost to you

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging AND the item
  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery:
  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item

International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We're currently US-only but expanding:

  • Canada: Q1 2027
  • UK: Q2 2027
  • EU: Q3 2027

Customs and Import Duties

For future international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • These fees are not included in shipping costs
  • Contact your local customs office for details
